With over 20 years of nursing experience, I bring a compassionate, comprehensive approach to mental health care. My career has taken me through a diverse range of specialties including neurology, post-partum, nursery, NICU, pediatrics, PICU, family medicine, and working in a partial hospitalization program for adolescents struggling with eating disorders and mental health challenges.

These experiences have deepened my understanding of the complex connection between physical and emotional well-being across all stages of life. As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their journey toward healing and wellness.

Outside of my practice, I’m a proud wife and mother to three children. I find joy in spending time with my family, whether we're relaxing at the beach, camping, fishing, or exploring new places together.
